Goal of TruckTok is to make the ordering process as simple as possible, so that customers can get the parts they want using the simplest process. We will ship on the next business day after you place your order. If there is stock available, we will try our best to expedite the shipment on the same day, with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery times may be longer in some states as all courier companies are currently required to ship more packages. This depends on demand, factory production, holidays, weather conditions, and various other factors.
1.Transportation and delivery
Delivery time. Most orders will be processed for shipment or leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours from the date of order confirmation. The delivery or shipping time will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium-sized packages are usually delivered within 3-5 working days from the date the package leaves our warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders for EGR kits, DPF pipes, or other large components can still enjoy free shipping. However, these items require special handling and are usually shipped by truck, which may take longer to deliver or transport (see truck shipping information below). In addition, in some cases, orders containing multiple parts/items will have multiple tracking numbers, depending on which warehouse the parts/items come from. Please note that we do not assume any responsibility for orders that fail to meet the expected delivery date.
Truck Freight. Truck transportation is suitable for orders containing large parts or items (such as DPF pipes, exhaust manifolds, mufflers, etc.) that require special handling due to their shape, weight, or packaging. Orders with these characteristics will be transported by truck. Unless otherwise specified, orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the date of order confirmation. In the United States, delivery may take 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order requires additional charges, we will contact you by phone or email and provide a revised shipping quote.
Overnight and 2-Day Shipping. For most small and medium-sized packages, we offer overnight or 2-day delivery services at an additional cost. The air carrier has the right to extend the delivery time by 24 hours and deliver to the residential address. This is beyond our control and the air freight will not be refunded. All orders must be received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 AM Pacific Time) from Monday to Friday. Overnight or 2-day delivery services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please note that if you place an overnight or 2-day delivery order during holidays, your order will be processed starting from the next business day.
2.Our shipping location in US
Currently, with inventory available, most of our products will be shipped from CA and KY warehouses in the United States. Individual cases require transfer from other sources. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US territories of Puerto Rico (PR), the US Virgin Islands (VI), American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), and the Northern Mariana Islands (MP). If you wish to purchase, additional shipping fees will depend on the size of the package and the delivery location.

3.Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders should be processed within 1 working day before shipment. During holidays, there may be a large volume of orders and processing times may be delayed. Most US orders are shipped via USPS - Priority Mail and are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days. If there is a logistics display that will be delivered within 7-10 working days, it is because we do not have inventory and we will ship directly from the factory.
Can I return the parts purchased from your website?
We are more than happy to assist you with the return process! All returns must be made through contact service@trucktok.com Obtain authorization. You will receive a return authorization and return instructions via email within 24 hours (or the next business day if requested over the weekend).
What is replenishment fee? How is the replenishment fee calculated?
For non seller reasons, all returned products are subject to a restocking fee (except for defective or incorrectly shipped products). The replenishment fee is used to pay for the cost and time of processing returned goods. The replenishment fee is generally 20% of the actual product price, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fee..
How long can I receive a refund for the returned parts?
Your refund will be issued within 24 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item. After the refund is issued, it may take 48-72 working hours for it to arrive, depending on your bank. After we receive and process the returned item, we will notify you via email for a refund. Your refund will be issued through the original credit card or PayPal account provided to us when you placed the order.
