DPF refers to a diesel particulate filter, which works by removing dirt, debris, and particulate matter from the diesel fuel burned in the engine. However, DPF is prone to clogging and increases back pressure. Due to this pressure, the fuel flow is greatly disrupted and slowed down. When you remove this filter, the fuel flows more easily and faster, increasing the overall fuel mileage as it can clog, delay the exhaust process, and cause significant inconvenience.
Without it, the air will flow back to the engine better and faster, generating greater pressure and better power generation capacity, which will change the overall power and performance of the engine. If the DPF is damaged, the cost of replacement and repair may be very high. Therefore, investing in a DPF removal kit at once is a better choice.
