Duramax EGR Delete Kits — LLY, LBZ, LMM, LML & L5P (2004-2025)

Every Duramax EGR delete kit we make, organized by generation. LLY (2004.5-2005): EGR cooler delete with high-flow intake elbow — the overheating fix. LBZ (2006-2007): EGR valve and cooler delete, intake elbow options — for the best Duramax ever built. LMM (2007.5-2010): EGR delete with intake elbow and PCV reroute bundles — LBZ internals, minus the DPF soot loop. LML (2011-2016): EGR cooler delete with Y-bridge — the CP4 generation that needs it most. L5P (2017-2025): EGR cooler delete, resonator delete plug, tuner harness — for the locked-down powerhouse. All CNC-machined, bolt-on, aircraft-grade aluminum.

So far, it is fantastic

This was a great kit, not the cheapest but the installation was doable by DIY mechanic. It did take a few hours but the truck run great, sounds fabulous and the fuel economy is outrageous.

I started looking for one of this online price kind of high I found this one I was a little skeptical about.but the reviews convince me to buy it. Very well made I like the fact that it’s solid stainless steel, after replacing 1 that was a sinister name but not solid but pop metal covered in Crome that the tube itself failed on! As far as this for replacement 10/10 I did have to shorten.5 of an inch to have enough space to put connector hose on, but super solid great quality part!
