Yes, shipping is included in our price.
Yes, but we can't change it once we ship it. Because the goods have been out of the warehouse, we can't handle the modification.
We have several warehouses across U.S., therefore, most of our products will be shipped from our local warehouse to clients directly.
We usually send by UPS, USPS, FedEx. You can choose different methods according to your actual needs. Please contact our sales with your requirements within 24 hours after your order is been placed, otherwise, we might ship your order directly from our side with our shipping methods.
When we receive the order, we will process the order within one working day. When the logistics provider picks up the goods from our warehouse, expect delivery within 3-5 working days. We promise 3-5 business days from order to receipt.

Even though we pack and ship your order it doesn’t mean the carrier will pick up at that time. Shipping Carriers only pick up Monday - Friday, not including Holidays. If you receive a tracking number please wait until after 8pm PST on the next business day to see active tracking information.
We support next day delivery. As long as you contact us by email after placing your order, we will give you a quotation for next day delivery. Due to the different location and product size, the freight will be different.
