How it Installation?
Installation instructions
Step 1 :
Remove all sensors and DEF injector connections from the downspout, SCR, and diesel particulate filter. And remove the DPF and SCR from the vehicle.
Step 2 :
Connect the two pipes, place the fixture at the connection, and position the inlet of the exhaust pipe assembly. The inner bend should face the truck frame.
Step 3 :
Install fixtures/hangers at the same position on the double hangers of the SCR mounting bracket.
Step 4 :
The pipeline installation should be moderately tight, and the new exhaust system should be adjusted to meet the clearance and appearance requirements.Tighten all connections and fixtures evenly, starting from the front flange connection and then proceeding with the subsequent connections.
